





With the megawatt success of SushiSamba London's opening came the need to refresh and rebrand the menus at all of the SushiSamba locations in the United States. Working with a fresh slate, I created something that was vibrant, fun and reflective of the three cultures - Japan, Brazil and Peru - that make up the SushiSamba experience. Leading the process from making paper mockups to sourcing stock and finally executing the print was incredibly fun and rewarding.
