After SushiSamba London’s blockbuster opening, the U.S. locations needed a menu refresh to match the moment. Starting with a blank slate, I created a vibrant, playful design inspired by the three cultures—Japan, Brazil, and Peru—that define the SushiSamba experience. From paper mockups to sourcing stock to final print, the entire process was wildly fun and incredibly rewarding.
